Length of stay
- main season (July, August, Spring Break): mostly offered stays for 3 - 7 nights, shorter stays are negotiable with sales agent
- New Years Eve, Easter – mostly offered stays for minimum 3 nights /depends on resort/ with additional fee due to most marketable period of year
- off main season /other seasons/ - weekend stays possible as well
to vacation facilities are generally Saturdays at 3:00 PM and termination is at 10:00 AM. Checking in for weekend stays which are not being followed by next clients check in is negotiable with facility manager or owner.
DISCOUNT for children
– children under 3 yrs for free with no bed claim over minimum capacity. For children from 10 – 15 yrs there are very often price discount – get the information.
Off main season
– in some resorts there are discounted prices for one-week off season stays. Prices in hotels, pensions and spas depend on room comfort type, year period etc.
– is not included in price. It is paid at the place of presence.
/for cottages, cabins and apartments/: Many facilities charge extra for energy fees. Our advice: Just before the reservation you can ask on seasonal average energy usage. You may find the orientate price useful when calculating your budget.
Deposit – with stays in cottages or cabins – a return deposit can be claimed (from 50 € per stay). It is used to cover any expenses when client causes damage to the object.
Prices listed in offers are being updated. The definitive price is the one you receive on your phone order.
– Please inform on possibility of vacation with your pet if you wish so. Facilities/resorts providing these services have also listed price per dog/animal. Offers not containing price per animal generally don‘t offer these services and resorts shall not provide accommodation to client.
Cottage standard accessories are:
fully equipped kitchen with kitchenware, furnace, refrigerator, washroom with hot water, flushing WC, bed-clothes.

We will provide you with vacation guidance and with more detail information on objects that we have tested; on resorts we have spent time in and on tested facilities categories. Please ask for vacation counseling and guidance and provide us with affinity of your imagination.
General business terms
1. Tricio, s. r. o.( thereinafter just "CA" ) provides the accommodation and other services that are described in the actual advertising stuff and on the CA web side.
2. Service reserver can be a physical person, who is older than 18 years and is able to make the jurical acts, or the jurical person. There must be another person older than 18 years among those who join the stay.
3. The CA stays and services can be reserved directly through its contractual partners.
4. Contractual connection arose when the Agreement of stay reservation is signed by the both contractual sides and by paying the advance in 5 days from the day of deliver.
5. CA will make the Accommodation card after paying the advance. Client will show himself/herself in the competent stay place immediately after arrival.. The client covers 50 - 100 % of the total stay price, according to the type of stay and accomodation place. If the client pays less than 100% of the total stay sum, he/she will pay the rest in cash to the service provider in the stay place. If the client doesn´t do that, the service provider can refuse to provide the services, without the responsibility of paying the possible disadvantages to the client.
6. Reclamations follow the jurical norms of Slovak republic.
7. Client has the right to cancel the stay whenever he/she wants (one-sided canceling ), by the written format only. In this case, the cancellation payment belongs to the CA and its amount depends on the number of days remaining to the day of arrival to the stay.
30 - 15 days before the arrival to the stay - 50% of the total stay price
14 - 7 days before the arrival to the stay - 75% of the total stay price
7 and less days before the arrival to the stay - 100% of the total stay price
In this case, the stay price is amount of the advance covered in favour of the CA before
the arrival to the stay (50 - 100 % of the total sum).
8. The owner of a cottage, chalet, or the apartments generally insists on the returnable deposit (see the part IV. of this agreement). The deposit will be fully returned to the client after the ending of the stay as long as the stay place will be left undamaged.
9. Payments that are not included in the total stay sum (local payment, additional payment for used electricity, etc.) and also using the extra services that are not mentioned in the Agreement of stay reservation, are paid in cash to the service provider in the place of stay.
10. The client is responsible for all the damages on the accommodation place made by himself/herself or by those, who had joined the stay; in accordance with the greement of stay reservation and the jurical norms of Slovak republic as well.
11. The client hereby gives consent that his or her personal data may be processed in the information system of Tricio s. r. o./an IS called Tourism and Leisure/ or in the system CA Tricio Literary & Holiday Company, s. r. o./an IS called Recreation in Slovakia/ in accordance with Law no. 122/2013 Coll. on the protection of personal data and on amendments to certain laws.
